Eggshell powder for natural Calcium – The makeup of eggshells is very similar to our bones and teeth (95% calcium carbonate) so it’s no surprise that eggshells promote bone and teeth health in humans, as well as pets.

Calcified seaweed provides trace elements and iodine – The calcium is derived from 100% seaweed (a plant source), ensuring bio-availability and purity. Furthermore, calcified seaweed absorbs up to 72 different beneficial trace minerals from the surrounding seawater.

Our pet’s bodies are able to recognise minerals with ease when they’re taken from natural and complete sources rather than synthetically created. This means that they identify and absorb all that natural goodness far more effectively. This source of marine calcium is an absolute treasure, as most calcium supplements are made of inorganic compounds such as limestone or oyster shell that are not well tolerated or absorbed by the body.

• Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones
• Contributes to normal cell division and differentiation
• Contributes to normal muscle function
• Contributes to normal neurotransmission
• Contributes to normal blood clotting
• Contributes to normal energy metabolism
• Contributes to normal function of digestive enzymes

Brewer’s yeast & Malt Sprouts for valuable vitamin B – Brewer’s yeast is rich in antioxidants which can make your dog’s skin healthier and his coat shinier. It also helps your dog if it tends to suffer from itchy, dry skin. Brewer’s yeast helps to reduce stress and has a calming effect due to its high concentration of B-complex vitamins.

Grape seed extract/ or Grape Seed Oil is a substance derived from ground-up seeds of grapes, generally red wine grapes. Although it’s a common fact that grapes (and raisins) are toxic to dogs, the extract of the seeds are actually quite beneficial, to dogs, cats, and humans alike. It is a good source of Omega 6 fatty acids and has high levels of vitamin E. In addition, it offers a high concentration of antioxidants and contains active ingredients that are anti-allergen, anti-inflammatory, and anti-mutagenic.

Grape seed extract is regularly found in pet supplements and foods; and holistic veterinarians are recommending it more and more thanks to the plethora of benefits it offers dogs and cats.

Seaweed is loaded with minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Numerous varieties exist, including kelp, spirulina, arame, nori, dulse, kombu and many more. Seaweed is an appropriate and nutritious addition to your dog’s diet, providing them with a natural source of minerals and other nutritive support throughout his/her life.
